Dennis Collins has turned himself into Police after a Fatal Hit and Run Car Wreck left 64 Year Old Amelia Lopez dead.

The Kentucky Car Wreck occurred near the intersection of Taylorsville Road and Six Mile Lane last Saturday April 5, 2008. The Driver said that he got nervous and pannicked and that is why he left the scene.

He is being held on $75,000.00 Bond and charged with 2nd Degree Manslaughter.
