There have been eight Kentucky Car Wreck Wrongful Deaths on Interstate 65 this year in Hart County alone. Each week on my InjuryBoard Sites, bowlinggreen.injuryboard.com and western-kentucky.injuryboard.com, I try and give these statistics as they relate to the state of Kentucky as a whole.
Finally, family members of several of the Victims of these Deadly Kentucky Car Wrecks are speaking out for change. They are demanding cable barriers from Kentucky Lawmakers to make Kentucky Roadways Safer.
The Lawson family will soon launch a website dedicated to the memory of their loved ones and as a means of helping others and changing legislation. Look for barriersnow.com in the real near future for more information.

I'm glad I found Daryl's comment and this web site.If anyone wants to help with getting stats to us, the email barriersnow@comcast.net is being used until the web site is fully operational.Thank you
I am astounded at this state and ashamed that we have a new governor and transportation cabinet who have not publically responded to this. This tragedy has caught the eye of national news and it doesn't need "the sorry about your troubles" comments that people get when they call the transportation cabinet with complaints about the roads that are new that are screwed up. The transportation cabinet blames the contractor. Nothing ever gets done and with the I65 tragedy, they think this man will tire and things will cool down and get forgotten. FORGET IT...It's time we do something now and do what's right. Mr. Steve is so busy with getting the casinos, he can't push for this..I knew him in the past and he was a pretty great guy, but I now have a whole different view of him and this bogus outfit in the transportation. Why isn't Mr. Prather making any comments? Mr. Lawson is a true fighter so sit back Kentucky, you have a fight coming and we've only just begun.
Just a bit of an update. The site is up and running.
Please join us in our fight. We don't want to allow this government to sit back and do nothing. There are ways to prevent cross-over accidents. Join our fight for barriers. More ...
