The father of 18 year old Connie Blount has told various news agencies that Lexington Police believe that they have impounded the Chevrolet Extendabed Truck that hit and killed his daughter early Sunday Morning.  This Kentucky Hit and Run Wrongful Death has traumatized a campus and reverberated around the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Last night there was a Memorial Service held in honor of Connie Blount at the University of Kentucky where friends and especially her Dad spoke and thank all for coming.

Criminal Charges could be filed against the driver of the Truck once found and it is likely that Connie's parents will file a Kentucky Personal Injury Case.  The Civil Case would be for Loss of Love and Affection and for Lost Earnings Capacity or what is commonly called Kentucky Wrongful Death.

Police are urging anyone with any information as to the driver of the trucks whearabouts to call them immediately.

Blount's Father said that he was pleased with the progress of the investigation.

I hope someone laid a sheet of clear plastic over the victim and traced her injuries so that the tracings could be compared to any suspect vehicle.
