Work Accident Claims Life of Dry Ridge Man

A 25 year old Dry Ridge man died on October 14th in Florence while working on a dump truck. Ryan Cases' clothing got caught in the power takeoff. He was working for Len Riegler Blacktopping. He had been a truck driver for a number of years but had only recently went to work for the blacktop company on Weaver Road. According to the Boone County Sheriff's Department, co-workers found Case and cut him away from the device. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
