Social Security Disability (SSD) is an insurance system designed to help with financial hardships if you are unable to work due to injury or disease. You may be eligible for SSD regardless of your age. There are certain criteria you must meet, the amount of time you have worked and the nature of your disability are the two the Social Security Administration have set. Once you acquire a condition that is likely to keep you out of work for the coming year, you should immediately apply for benefits.

It is fairly common for initial claims to be denied. Since claims are not always approved you might have a valid case and still need the help of an attorney. You and your dependent children may be due thousands of dollars in past benefits. We want to help you get the money you deserve.
