  An early morning accident Tuesday claimed the life of a Kimper man. The accident happened near the Kellogg's "Cookie" factory shortly before 6 a.m. on KY 194 in Kimper.   The Courier Journal reported that a Louisville Metro Public Works employee died Saturday after an injury accident on Sept. 25th.
