There has been a Serious Injury in a Kentucky Car and Semi Truck Wreck on Highway 121 in Western Kentucky.   The wreck was near the Carlisle and Graves County Line.  There are some pictures from the scene that you can view by clicking on the link above. 

We had earlier reported this Accident on our Western-Kentucky.injuryboard.com site.  We will do updates as we get them throughout the rest of today and as the information comes in.
