It killed 25 people while another 138 were injured. On behalf of the parents, Juvenal and Leticia Magdaleno,<a href="http://www.injuryboard.com/Paul-Kiesel/"> Paul Kiesel</a> filed a claim against Metrolink.</p> <p> </p> <p><a href="http://www.injuryboard.com/Paul-Kiesel/">Kiesel</a> says, &ldquo;The positive train control system would have prevented her death.
