She died after five days in University of Kentucky Hospital. </p> <p>Milsom and two other teens were swimming in a condominium swimming pool at around 4 am on July 20. The other two teens were charged with Criminal Trespassing. </p> <p>Defective drains have been a source of Serious Injury and Wrongful Death in the past in many different states.
