A London woman making a U-turn on I-75 Wednesday caused a crash with a tractor trailer. The woman corssed the southbound lane to the northbound lane at mile marker 32. A tractor trailer then struck the truck and knocked it into a wooded area. The truck folded in half and the woman had to be extricated from the car. All parties were wearing seatbelts and the driver was taken to the hospital for x-rays. The tractor trailer driver was not injured. No charges had been filed although the improper turn was listed as a contributing factor in the wreck.
