First Lawsuits Filed in Kentucky CSX Train Wreck

Our firm was the first to file a lawsuit yesterday in federal court in Louisville. Lawsuits CSX may have to face are:
Personal Injury
Property Loss or Damage
Loss of Income
Loss of Business
Forced Evacuation
Shelter In Place
We have 17 plaintiffs right now and expect more. People living within a mile have not been allowed back into their homes, some have been allowed to check on pets but only briefly. CSX is offering assistance but one needs to be careful in signing any release for money as this may have an effect on any lawsuit against CSX should they find damages later. We advise residents to assess damages before accepting money from the company.
