Six weeks later after the train derailment in Brooks, KY, more than a dozen families are still not in their homes. Some say they aren't going back. Some wonder what the appraisal of their homes will be as no one else wants to move there either. Families living in hotels, it's become the normal for fast food since there is no kitchens for some. Children missing the privacy of their own rooms. Some are asking CSX to buy their homes, they don't want to go back. One stay at home mom was 10 weeks pregnant at the time of the crash and has since miscarried. They plan to look for a new home but say they will never live close to train tracks again. CSX is facing three lawsuits filed in U.S. District Court in Louisville as a result of the derailment. The National Transportation Board is still investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
