Trasylol Ups Risk of Death and Kidney Failure

According to MSNBC yesterday documents released show that Bayer AG's heart surgery drug does indeed increase the risk of kidney failure and death. The FDA will review the safety of the drug Trasylol again Wednesday.

German drugmaker Bayer says it mistakenly withheld a study of 67,000 hospital records suggesting the drug could increase the risk of death, serious kidney damage, congestive heart failure,and stroke.
