Two Car Accident Claims Life of Floyd County Woman In Kentucky

A Floyd county woman died, and a Pikeville woman was injured when two cars collided in a Prestonsburg crash. Traffic was detoured for nearly 3 hours. Reports indicate seatbelts were not in use in one of the vehicles.

Witnesses who left the scene before being interviewed by officers please call the Prestonsburg Police Department at (606) 886-1010 to give a statement about what they saw.
