School Bus Crash In Louisville Sends 15 To Hospital

Early Monday morning around 8:20 a.m. a school bus and car crashed at the intersection of Rodman Avenue and Iowa Street. Thirteen elementary students on their way to Blake Elementary were sent to Kosair Children's Hospital to be examined. Two adults were taken to Jewish Hospital. None of the children were expected to be admitted to the hospital. Of the 42 children on the bus only some were complaining of minor injuries nothing was serious. Police say the driver of the car may have been blinded by the sunlight and ran a stop sign.
