Pulaski Woman Dies in Two Car Accident

Just after 1:30 p.m. Thursday a 58 year old Somerset woman died when she failed to stop for a traffic light and entered the intersection on U.S. 27. When she entered the intersection she struck a 2003 Ford operated by a 26 year old Monticello man who was turning from KY 914. The Monticello man was not treated for any injuries, the Somerset woman was treated and transported to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital where she later died. An investigation is continuing by the Pulaski Coroner's Office and the Pulaski Sheriffs Office.
