London Businessman Injured in Car Crash

London businessman Priyakant Patel and his daughter were injured when a vehicle crossed the center line and slammed into their vehicle. A 27-year-old London resident lost control of her sports utility vehicle in a curve and crossed over and hit the Patels two door Lexis. The roads were wet at the time and are suspected to have been a factor. The accident happened just west of the London Country Club. Mr. Patel was listed in critical condition and his daughter in serious conditionat the Univeristy of Kentucky Medical Center where they were airlifted. Mr. Patel owns hotels in London and is active in several projects in Kentucky and bordering states.
