As we begin the Christmas holiday rush, we should think about safety when we are out driving. Often we think we are cautious and nothing will happen, but can the same be said for the ones we share the road with. This time of year everyone is in a rush or hurry and not always paying as close attention as they should. Always wear your seatbelt and make sure those in the vehicle with you do also. Did you know it is a law in Kentucky? Speed, visibility, inattention, impaired driving and bad judgment are some of the main factors in accidents. So this holiday season take that extra few seconds to be aware of your surroundings and who's around you and arrive at your destinations safely. You can also visit the KSP website for some driving tips for the holiday season.
