David Huff, 39, of Tompkinsville had delivered the paper for 8 years. He was killed early Sunday after his car was hit head on by an oncoming vehicle on Mill Creek Road in Tompkinsville. The other vehicle fled the scene immediately after accident. The vehicle was found abandoned in the area, the driver has not been found. The investigation is continuing. One passenger in the Huff vehicle was treated and released at the Monroe County Medical Center.
