A multi-vehicle crash on I-75 has left four people dead and several injured. A truck pulling a trailer crossed the median and hit three other vehicles killing 4 and injuring 9 others. One woman who was killed was 8 months pregnant. Nine others had to be transported to area hospitals. State Police say that it appears alcohol may have been a contributing factor in the fatal accident.
