Four Car Accident Sends Two to Hospital

Wednesday morning a four car accident sent two Glasgow residents to the hospital. The Kentucky State Police reported that a 19 year old man from San Jose, California was northbound when he swerved into the southbound lane and struck three vehicles driven by an 82 year old Robert Hagan of Glasgow, 51 year old Mike Polson of Glasgow and 55 year old Kattie McMurtrey of Glasgow. Hagan and his passenger were both taken to T.J. Sampson Community Hospital. Both were wearing seatbelts. The San Jose, California resident was lodged in the Barren County Jail charged with driving under the influence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and no insurance.
