An Alabama Man is charged with Murder after fatally injuring a Kentucky State Employee last night. This Kentucky DUI Wrongful Death occurred near Frankort Kentucky and claimed the life of Leslye Robertson, 41.
The Semi-Truck Driver is also charged with DUI, Possession of Marijuana and Methamphetimines and Possession of Drug Paraphenelia. The Driver, Paul George Neto, is being held without bond.
