  Wednesday morning around 8 a.m. a 31 year old Bardstown woman was driving her SUV on Ky. 55 when she crossed the median. The SUV crashed head on into a tractor-trailer hauling heavy equipment.   The Kentucky General Assembly passed a law in February 2004 establishing the fetal homicide crime. Now the first fetal homicide case in Jefferson County comes from a January 13th wreck with a drunken driving charge.   Early Thursday morning a owner of a Berea towing company became was trapped beneath a truck when the driver did not see him and drove over him. Highway 52 was closed after the incident, and may be closed until early afternoon. The tow operator was taken to Pattie A. Clay hospital where he is in serious condition. They were working to clean up an overturned sand truck when the accident happened.
