  The north bound lanes of Purchase Parkway are now open after being closed for most of the morning. The driver of a semi truck carrying rice hulls fell asleep at the wheel, causing the vehicle to overturn and spill its contents onto the highway.   The FDA has had almost $2 million worth of Age Intervention Eyelash applicator tubes seized because the product has lead to decreased vision in some consumers.
